Some of the best moments at Saja and Sal are spent far from any table. We carry a flask of tea, a breakfast basket or an evening drink out into the forest and set it down wherever the jungle is at its finest — beside a stream, in a quiet clearing, beneath the Sal.
Then there is nothing to do but sit, sip and let the forest carry on around you. Tell us when you’d like to go, and we will arrange the rest.
Sundowners
Wine by the pool
As the light softens there is a glass of wine by the plunge pool, or a sundowner in an antique planter’s chair, while the jungle comes alive at dusk.
