Dining pavilions set beneath tall Sal trees

Experiences

Dining

Dinner among the Sal trees, beneath a sky full of stars.

In the open air

Tables are laid among the Sal trees under a starry sky.

The air is fragrant, the jungle is never quite silent, and the effect is nothing short of surreal. A wood-fire barbecue is set out to accompany your drinks.

By day

Breakfast among the Sal

Mornings begin at a table in the shade of the great trees, sometimes with gaur grazing within sight.

Sundowners

Wine by the pool

As the light softens there is a glass of wine by the plunge pool, or a sundowner in an antique planter’s chair, while the jungle comes alive at dusk.

The warning calls of deer, the piercing chant of the brainfever bird, the occasional roar of a tiger.
